  • Btw DellVlog do you know when will the Next Alienwares be refreshed? im thinking of buying it. ;)

  • @PaRkJuN I don't sorry.

  • @DellVlog I and probably many other gamers are wondering ho this notebook compare to the XPS Studio 17, because i know Alienware to be a gamer line, but the m17x for example has 1gb graphics and 8 gb ram compared to the XPS that has 3 gb graphics and 16gb ram and the same processor at a much lower price. So, which is better for gaming and general performence? I can't see how Alienware is better right now. Any chance you could enlighten us? :)

  • @Swampax I don't have any benchmark comparison unfortunately. The Alienware systems are built specifically with gaming in mind. There will be more options for processors and graphics solutions than the XPS systems. The XPS systems are great all around performance systems at a good price point that are great for a number of things as well as gaming.

  • 1-800-alienware... the number dosent even work

  • I just called it. It works. Did you spell it correctly?

  • Has the looks, has the style, has the graphics, has the performance, has the gaming-feel to it. What more can a gamer ask for?

  • If anyone wants to know i can tell you that this computer costs about 1000-2000 dollar from scratch but when you customize it will get to probably atleast 3000 dollar i bought my alienware for about 3700 dollars but I have to say that it is the best computer that I have ever used and it's deffinately worth the money

  • Too bad your PCs are unreliable and break out of the box with lights that don't work and mess.

  • Alienware is the cult PC of windows....

  • I'll stick to my MSI. Not going to touch another Alienware for 5 years.

  • @aleluk Just bought mine for 2300. It's got 8gb ram, 2820qm i7 and a 6990m, so I think that price is fair for being able to play crysis maxed out.

  • @Bobakidboy97 the weight

  • I wish Alienware still made their own specific parts minus the gpu. That would still justify the cost of one... But generic third party parts that dell is now using in them is why I haven't ever bought one and have turned to building my own computers.... Yeah they look nice and have great specs and custom cases but I'm not gonna drop three grand for something I can build for half or 3/4ths the price... I'm not a hater.... just miss the old Alienware

  • Too bad Alienware decreased built quality.

  • isn't alienware a good product cause i have looked at the comments and there are mostly bad and less of the good so what to believe cause wow i never even knew alienware had that many problems or so because in the future im looking to buy a gaming laptop and i want a quality one you know not a laptop that over heats so much.

  • Heavy, unreliable, poor finish, overheats in a heartbeat - from an ex-m1730 and m17x owner. (Now using MB Pro 2.3 i7 / 16GB Ram and dual SSD. Life is good!)

  • How much euros is it? ;)
