@nogard210vids Before Wrath of the Lich King came out these boxes of plagued grain appeared around the world. If eaten you would get a disease that would kill you after a few minutes and raise you as undead. When you were a ghoul, one of your abilities was being able to shoot plague clouds that would also give them the same 'die, come back as a zombie' disease to anyone standing within.
