  • Tubular Bells is the exorsist theme

  • @Maranthiss Sure it is, but only the first part. This is the last part of "Tubular Bells" ;)

  • Such a classic tune, just hearing it makes you think of sailing and being out at sea.

  • the best version!

  • @byronicman was thinking the same thing myself, good point.

  • "Oh, a sailor's life is The life for me How I love to sail o'er The bounding sea And I never, never, Ever do a thing about the weather For the weather never Ever does a thing for me!"

  • Why did Mike Oldfield stick "Sailor's Hornpipe" in at the end of "Tubular Bells"? Just curious.

  • Good..very good..makes me think of Popeye in the mountains, meeting the cavemen.

  • @KagamiTraumend Because most people have only heard the first few minuets, and them because of a short attention span stop listening.

  • @Maranthiss I think you will find the Exorcist theme is actually Tubular Bells. ;)

  • oh if only Father Marin had ate some spinach

  • @Maranthiss And they also used it without permission. What's your point?

  • It was "Tubular Bells" prior to being Exorcist theme, he was scammed due to existing copy-write laws of the time. Check tour facts and your assumptions.
