@FilmBiosAndTributes I think Ms. Hepburn completely natural---her voice was, yes, very distinctive and hard to disguise from role to role---but only a dip would call her phony--she was Hollywood's greatest actress. We could say she was like John Wayne--playing the same character over and over--but with complete distinction, rare insight of KATE--and star quality--most obviously.

Regarding her husband cheating on her, what man in his right mind
would do anything to alienate Gene?Oh,Oh, I forgot. She could have
married that stickman JFK.
Regarding the arguments about Hepburn, years ago I read an article,by
whom I forget, describing her as the greatest amateur actor in the world.
I got quite a chuckle over that.I won't for what reason.

@katarinavalencia1113 I didn't know Rita Hayworth suffered from things like that. It is sad that such things have to happen:( Every time I see something or learn something from my Pshy class about some kind of mental illness I think of Gene and Vivien Leigh

@katarinavalencia1113 I am reminded of a line I once read, Quote, Those whom the Gods wish to destroy, they first make mad, unquote. But I guess in Genes case they relented and allowed a god like beauty to live on and find peace and love.

Poor Gene:( I think of her and Vivien Leigh when I think about or when I was in my Pschy classes I learned about Bipolar and different disorders.

@FilmBiosAndTributes All creative work is very subjective and we all respond to different things, I am a huge film obsessive too and have never liked Hepburn...does that mean I know nothing ? no it simply means I never appreciated her style. I find her a little overrated ! let's show some respect to each other shall we ?

@FilmBiosAndTributes WOW, you like every single film star of the Hollywood Glamour Days? Excuse the hell out of me. I am a film fanatic of the movies from the 40's and 50's' Stanwyck, Crawford, Davis, and Tierney among my top favs but many more. I never cared for Hepburn's acting, it seemed too over the top for me. She is my least favorite actress, doesn't mean I hate the woman. I know acting, was probably watching these movies before you were born and your reaction is truly mindboggling.
Hollywood Legend. Joan Crawford, Bette Davis, Barbara Stanwyck, Greta Garbo and Gene Tierney are defrentely my favourite actresses.
