(As you can see in the video) The iPod Touch is a 1st Generation 8GB model and is Un-jailbroken. It will show the charging screen as long as the cable is plugged in and it won't turn on. It has previously been submerged in water for 8ish seconds and was working underwater and working for a few days after then just stopped.

  • No Fix Guys :( Never-mind. I sold it now - £36, Got iPhone 4 So I don't care any more, though I do hope the comments can help other on this video.

  • Still not working, been charging for 48 hours, DFU mode doesn't work and iTunes and Tiny Umberella doesn't recognise it...

  • You probably have a worn out battery taken into the account of age. But, try this: 1) Plug it in to USB 2) Hold the power button for 3 seconds 3) Hold home+power for 10 seconds 4) Release power button but keep holding home for 30 seconds The screen will remain black/off. This is normal. 5) Open iTunes 6) iTunes should recognize the iPod in recovery mode, if so, press restore

    i have a big issue about my

    iPhone 3G

    firmware - 4.2.1

    baseband - 6.15.00

    issue is my iphone is not charging when i try to charge it show red line in and zigzag sign of battery charging but it don't charge.. i think it may cause of ipad baseband but i can't downgrade it bcoz my iphone is not chagring and i can't on it

    if you are experiencing the same problem pls let me know or if you can help me tell me.

  • i got the same problem i changed the battery n fuck,It comes back the battery was installed the phone worked fine and then it started draining like crazy till it goes to this mode what else can i do

  • its internal what happened was the digitizer got loss end from a wiggle jiggle or drop you need to open open up the iPod very carefully and push the digitizer down it looks like a black ribbon cable with a button on it attached to the screen.

  • get an android this shit doesnt happend to androids LOL
