Felt winded around the Tricep, Kickback, Curl, Press exercise and generally fatigued since I took my Stretch (Rest) Day earlier in the week and doing Core Synergistics, Kenpo and Core Synergistics in that order.
how come you havent hit phase 2 yet cause you shouuld be in phase 2 on day 29. I might have missed some vids if you said why cause i just subbed a few days ago.
