@strings81702 He was such a great guy. I spent a while photographing him, Bumpsie and a bunch of gospel groups in and around Columbia back in the late 80's. Occasionally I would go to the radio station that was at the end of the driving range on Sunset Drive to sit in on his radio shows. Fantastic. He used to tease me and call me the "blue eyed soul brother". I still have one of his anniversary posters hanging on the wall in my house.
