I came home from Uni for Easter holidays, and made some returns to some places I hadn't properly trained at for a good long while.

Music is Goodbye9/Hello10 by Venetian Snares, all copyright to respective owners.

Thanks to BHB parkour and everyone else I trained with in the holidays.

  • you certainly have power. some of your precisions you're seen struggling to keep your balance at the end. you could improve on that or just edit it out. another thing is when you were trying to chain movements you slowed down halfway, like between 0:41-0:47. you notice you started off strong then slowed down as you did the moves? same thing 1:22-1:25, you slowed down. try it while maintaining that speed. off course that's just my opinion.

  • @TheZachary86 thanks for the reply man, very helpful :)

  • nice jumps and pre, but movement is still a bit rough. keep on practicing!!

  • @TheZachary86 Could you elaborate a bit? I've had a similar comment before, but I'm still not sure precisely what I need to focus on making less rough.
