@COURAGEOUS812 you were making alot of fully body effort for such a small jump thought it was kinda funny. Put more focus in your legs and just jump. Focus on keeping the kettle bells balanced up tho, really helps on grip strength.

@orion1two Thanks for your comment. Your are right about the chains they are smaller than I would of liked but all we had. Just showing a reverse fly can be done with other modedalities like DB Cables, or bands. As for the box jump, yep could have done higher, but what if someone like your who wasn't educated like your self saw a high jump tried it and got hurt! Thanks again for your comment.

when you hold the kettle bell up, you need to try to hold it straight up instead of letting it flop around and hit your wrist. Might actually be a challenge and build grip strength.

Great workout. Ignore the haters tryin to pick apart your form, they dont understand what its like to do an intense circuit such as this.
