Redefining Beauty

We tried to redefine what real beauty is from the skewed perception society has created of beauty. Media has been a great influence in that, leading people to cosmetic surgery and to acquire an eating disorder to try to fit into society's norm of beauty.

It's a shame that young girls are not grateful for what God gave them! Girls should be taught "God Esteem" not "self-esteem." It's like having "self-worship" when you want such high esteem. We should all love ourselves no matter how we look. God gave us our bodies & faces and if other people don't like it, tough! A girl should have love for herself out of glory & love for God. And people should not criticize anyone no matter how they look.

This is a great video - it's so scary that young girls are being made to feel this way because of socities obsession with 'thin'. The media bombards us with images that arent real and young girls cant see through that - they just want to look like what they see becasue they believe thats the only way to be beautiful

my family always said that i am ugly so I think that i'm ugly too.. but other nationality found my beauty nice.

omg ppl they need to know everyone has theyr own beauty in someway or other jeez the media rely need to stop!!!! a dozen of my m8s have turned anrexia and believe me no1 will look at how you look the beauty is wots inside not ow skinny u can get in arab countries wen the go for ingagment thy look for fat girls i sware thats tru

Sometimes dieting and exercising is important in order to be healthy, but fuck being like a skeleton isn't sexy it's disturbing and unhealthy. If I ever have a daughter I keep her far away from them images and if she ever says something about herself that ain't true, have that talk about fantasy and reality.
