This was my personal theme song back in the summer of '98. The catchy, upbeat, memorable chorus is enough to lift anyone from his gloom. The tune showed that the Richard Oakes era was off to a good start.

Together vs. Stay together ??
Dont get it as "Oakes vs. Butler"

Whipsnade, Bentswood Boys, Modern Boys, The Asphalt World is definitely a contender, My Dark Star all in the running.

What I never understood about the record industry is b-sides, that thinking is why music is shit and where it's at right now, probably what they wanted though highly marketable that way. Suede shouldn't be the best b-side band, they should be the best band period, every song written by a band should be looked at, if its a good song the band is credited, but singles and shit being the sellable songs have hidden the best work due to length and shite of the likes.

@giterdun77 - Idk about incontestably, but it would be a major runner in the contest that's for sure.

THIS TIME is not only the best song on Sci-Fi Lullabies; it is also incontestably Suede's best song.
