Fifth graders who don't douse everything they eat with ketchup? Second graders anxious to try exotic, healthful food? The revolution in the school cafeteria is being led by Santa Claus doppelganger Robert Searles, aka Chef Bobo. Searles has been personal chef for baseball star Derek Jeter and is author of "Chef Bobo's Good Food Cookbook -- Smart Recipes For Healthy, Happy Kids." As executive chef at New York's Calhoun School, his influence has been nothing less than amazing.
This segment from producer/reporter Barry Mitchell originally aired on ABC-TV World News Now in 2003.
