That little bog-down at 0:16, that's one thing that irks me on a mat. Often difficult to regain speed and susceptible to the wave's will. Good to see I'm not the only one.

Yep That's right it is from Paul Witzig's recently remastered "The Hot Generation". I asked him if he had any other mat riding footage but unfortunately not. Oh well. It is great to have this footage of George tearing up some big Hawaiian waves! Well, worth checking out the slow-mo version too. He still looks like he is going fast!
