METAXA Private Reserve, Tom Hanks' new favourite drink

A few months ago, the city of Los Angeles welcomed one of the most important events for the Greek-American community in the United States, the LA Greek Festival. For three days, guests of the Festival celebrated the traditions, culture and the Greek way of life. The original Greek spirit was of course an integral part of the celebration. Every guest of the festival, excluding minors, was treated to a glass of METAXA and was urged to discover or re-discover- its delicious smoothness.

Tom Hanks, who is married to the Greek--American actress and producer Rita Wilson was the patron of the festival. Tom, who is famous for his love of everything Greek, enjoyed all the Greek specialties , performed impeccably a Greek dance, and at the end of the festival was thrilled to receive a personalised bottle of METAXA Private Reserve as a gift.

The Greek Fest of Los Angeles, is the event that unites Greeks and non Greeks alike, giving to the first the opportunity to dive into their Greek roots and to the later the chance to discover a beautiful country and all its pleasures, with a glass of METAXA SUNTONIC at hand.
