I am highly interested in HAIL. Will be testing it out soon. I can see where it might not be the best anchor for all plants but there is still plenty of usefulness.

ok i am back now. i went to green circle hydroponics today. i asked them about STG. hehe they were not that impressed with this medium. they GAVE ME a bag. i will let you all know how well this medium works.

funny, you never did adress the short comings of STG. how can anyone believe you if you are not at least honest? in your opinion education is nothing more than knowing that our money belongs in your pocket and that is all WE should know. dont criticize, just gaze in wonder at the oil absorbant.

@SureToGrowers nice monologue. if your feelings are hurt then i apologize. perhaps a gentler occupation then american business would be more appropriate for you? you ignored potentional issues that i stated. dispel them, here is your oppurtunity to win customers. i am not so sure you are qualified to presume i have "shot first without thinking". nice personal attack, very proffesional. how do you treat your customers when they have a problem? you should focus on educating not insulting.

@NCC1701zulu If you have never tried Hail, why do you offer an opinion as if you have. As an owner of the company i can tell you it is very hurtful and frustrating to us and our employees when we read comments like yours "STG is garbage". We take pride in our products and the job we are doing to bring options to growers. I never understand people like you who shot first and think later. negative words have negative impact.

Can i use this product for a DWC system or would the hail float?

@HowToHydroponics Hail works very well in DWC systems and will not float when put in to a container or pot.
