I was actually there at Catussaba last year and was very happy with my whole experience there (of course there were a few shortcomings, however, I think the two best things were warm tropical nights sleeping at Catussaba and waking up to early sunrises. The weather in Salvador is better than the best days of my hometown (CT USA). Salvador might not be a place to raise a family, but it is sure a place to dream about.
