@TheAnnestube when you STILL have as big a following as these guys do, why on earth would you want to call it a day? Have you actually been to see one of their gigs because if you haven't then maybe you should, then you can criticise truthfully, if you have then, you don't have to go again. Please remember that there are thousands of fans who go to their shows and love every minute. Also, some youtube footage is pretty bad, so don't judge by all of these! ..... Up the Mighty Wads!

But that is the point, his voice IS his performance. How can you pay to see a singer & not judge his voice? I understand as a fan myself how hard it is to see what's going on now but you have to be realistic, when you pay to see a band who earn £5000-£6000 per Hour you should be getting a professional performance. It saddens me to see what has happened to Dave, but i have seen on more than one occasion people walking out of shows in despair.

Well, he won't give up because he knows that if he gives up, he will let the band down. I think people shouldn't judge his voice, you should judge the performance. He is doing well so I think people shouldn't judge that.

He should give up because he simply cannot sing! Don't get me wrong, he HAS been a sucess & WAS truly a great singer but his voice is shattered, too many gigs. You have to ask yourself, would you give him a job as a singer now????
