Closing out the regional tryouts for the Italia Wave festival--lots of amazing music, a fun crowd, and high spirits despite the unexpected cold and rain. My only complaint was that southern Italy has yet to discover the healing properties of a hot cup of tea in the midst of chilly damp. March 2009
