I bought Bleach Versus Crusade but I cant play it on Wii, I have homebrew but I honestly have no idea how that will help the region lock situation

The only way to play copied and import Wii games, plus homebrew and DVD's on your Wii WITHOUT a modchip is to use:

Question:
I have a PAL wii and ZELDA Twilight Princess PAL game. My tv on the other hand is NTSC, so the game is in black and white.
Is there a way to play the game in color with this ?
( I was thinking: load the game as NTSC and force it to play on the pal wii? Because i have ssbb(US version) and it plays in color on the PAL wii using the (EU)freeloader on an NTSC tv)

just copy the files to sd card root, after the hack save loaded it will automatically installed.
