the lorax movie was actually good, it annoyed me that taylor swift was it, but zac efron isn't the bad actor that he use to be, after THOSE movies that will never be named, and has actually gotten somewhat good at times, i liked how the movie was had a story inside a story, i love it when those happen.

But I thought people loved this movie? Not me really because I hated how they would immediately counter the Grinches villainy with humour ie the scene where he flips out after realising the girl he has a crush on is a shallow bitch.

I never understood why people liked this version. It was way over the top with its juvenile humor and ridiculously stupid jokes.!

PG rating, that's the MPAA's doing. Did you know Home on the Range also got a PG rating? Kind of ironic since it seemed like it was just geared towards little kids. and it was just for that one line that a cow says about her udder "Yeah their real. Quit starring." It's amazing what you can't get away with in movies now a days. In the 90s Home on the Range would have easily gotten a G rating.
