  • Hey, I'm just wondering if it 's okay go skiing instead of jogging in the winter? There is so much snow here in Norway right now!

  • @Hajnrish - Yes but it isn't the most effective form of training if you are looking to improve your performance on the football pitch. It's alright for your endurance, balance, and strength but you don't play football on skies! You know what I mean? Where are you from? Are the winters as bad over there as they are here?

  • Hey Soccer essentials, very serious question for you, see my dream is to become a professional soccer player and I train almost every day and have been playing for quite a while, the questions is how do I get noticed? it is potential since I am Portuguese to go back to Portugal and tryout for say an academy but what do you suggest?

  • @feliciano1391 - Depends where you live and what level you wish to play at. I need to know that first before I can give you proper guidance.

  • @moekoe3 well i kinda had an advantage because if i was not awake my friend would wake me and the other way around , but i just trained the normal stuff i did in the day ...just in the morning or simply ran

  • @sheva4life07 - If you read my free training guide you should have discovered the importance of pushing yourself forward. What can you do to improve all areas of your game? Also, if you really serious about improving I recommend my month program Soccer Success Secrets - link in the description box above, check it out.
