try a doran's blade and two T3 AD quints to start (to activate the passive vamp) and go straight for a sheen->mejai's or gun (depending on how good you're doing)->rylai's->Lich Bane, i think you'll have better luck with that than the gun to start, sheen gives you insane burst early->mid when taking advantage of the delayed Mark tactic

@goldfinger490 I have the runes to do that because i used to do it but i like to start out with an amplifiying tome and usually i go mid and just rape face so hard so i get revolver

@airsofter4731 If you're doing well you should take Mejai's over the gun imo

2 kills, 1 kill and an assist, or 3 assists and it's already better than the gun [the amp tome builds into both, so unless you've died before you can upgrade the tome (dying is a good sign you wont do well stacking the Mejai's) you should get Mejai's imo]
