Big Video Files Move as E-Mail Attachments with Pando File Sharing Software
Sending big video files around by e-mail is limited. Many e-mail programs limit outgoing and incoming files to 10 MG. Pando, a peer-to-peer BitTorrent-based sharing program, is now allowing users of Outlook, Yahoo! Mail, GMail, Hotmail and AOL to send up to a 1 GB file with their program.
To make this work, you need to download the free 2 MG Pando program. Robert Levitan, CEO of Pando, says that the sending and receiving does not slow down the Exchange server and does not impact the space limits of Web-based mail program.
We think that the effective distribution of large video files is going to be more and more important as consumers will demand higher quality, longer form videos.
