@boobtubious UM....NO. She should at LEAST be in a high back booster. There is NO way that child is big enough for a belt only booster. Check out the safety sites. Not to mention- they make 5 pt harnesses for up to 65 pounds- there's no need for any child that small to be in a basic booster.
