for me charice did a very well job here i like it i think ur point is that her voice is too powerful and overpowering, i think only few singer can sing this song, most of it those sing opera, charice is in pop, ballad etc. and i think its a plus for her singing operatic song like this one and beside shes only 16 and shes great how much at this present time shes 19 and the coming more years.

its ur opinion for me she sang the prayer here very good i like it maybe u will point that shes voice is too powering and strong, and aside from that only few singer can sing this mostly an opera singer but charice is in pop, ballad etc... and for me its a plus for her because she can sing this kind of music too. Personally I love Charice and I think shes great and all but in this performance I was extremely bummed.. cuz she ruined the song she over did it big time with all her riffs. Its such a beautiful song you can make it your own by adding maybe a few but not all over the place. And also It wound have sounded so much prettier if she stuck with the harmony as well. Shes a great singer but she need to learn how to control it...I LOVE Gianluca! He has such a BEAUTIFUL Voice! Best wishes to Il Volo! :}

@GAB75100 I don't recall ever seeing the camera's doing a closeup of Ignazio's or Piero's parents. From day 1 of the competition the judges, audience and home viewers were star struck by Gianluca... and he always got star treatment. Ditto for closeup of his parents in the front row. They even went to the trouble of getting Andrea Bocelli (his idol) to do a taped video congratulating Gianluca. It brought him and also his parents to tears. Video of that is sadly gone. It was very touching.

@GerRoland Thanks, I could see them! @ 3: 34 Goodness, his dad is good looking and, indeed, his mom beautiful...no wonder Gianluca is a handsome young man!! Thanks again, GerRoland. It's sad that all the other videos of the other parents were taken off...guess they need their privacy, don't blame them at all.
