Great comments. He makes a valid point: anti-choice and pro-choice can really work together here by attacking the root of the problem: ending unwanted pregnancies. We do this by mandating comprehensive sex ed in schools and providing affordable and accessible birth control to everyone. Way to go, Bill!

@rottenporcelain: ESPECIALLY when this same group of people are against any kind of legislation or funding that would help these women raise the children they so desperately want to be born. If they were REALLY pro-life, they'd be providing reduced cost daycare, housing, and programs to feed and educate said children.

We all have original sin. We all use to be like the babies you want to kill.

A protein does not grow. Neither does a virus. They both rely on other mechanisms/organisms to replica. A bacteria grows on its own but a bacteria does not have he potential to become a human being nor does it have human DNA.

How much data DNA represents is irrelevant, unless you are pointing to a divine origin because it is so miraculous that we can come from something so simple..

Babies are innocent since they have not committed any sins. We all have original sin but it was Adam/Eve who committed that one. It is because of original sin that those babies can be killed by people like you.

The babies are alive. There is a heart beat at 4 weeks and brain activity at 8 weeks. They are growing. Dead things do not grow. They have their own unique HUMAN dna, thus they are human.

I believe children are born innocent, however, if the life of the mother is in danger, I'm going to pick the mother's safety first every time. She's already alive, with one foot in the grave. What you said is irrelevant because no one is arguing the facts of a fetus's development. This is clear science. You'll have a hard time finding an educated someone who believes that a fetus does not have the potential to become a human being.

Your comparison to a six-year-old is also irrelevant as a child at that age is not in a woman's uterus and is not in violation of her body and rights.
