Rachel Maddow & Frank Schaeffer on creationists

I was watching Rachel Maddow on msnbc's homepage, great stuff if you are into good journalism, Rachel Maddow is exceedingly good at exposing cases and talking to the right people, and not shy holding them accountable when they say something wrong. This is a clip from her show the 16'th of September she has Frank Schaeffer on and they talk about fundamentalist christians, and it's hits the creationists on the head, even christans don't take them serious, wich isn't a suprise but it's still nice to see someone in the american media being able to call them the village idiot of america, and not go all "trying to treat everyone the same" on us.

@exiled30 Well they are to some extent, we've ignored it, and now we see some immoral creationists who've actively been brainwashing children with this for years, and a dentist with no education on the subject in texas can decide what books they should be able to read, they are dangerous, maybe not in the "we're gonna get hurt" kind of way, but to education and the US's future, yeah it's a threat.

@AegeanKing lol first of all he's not just "bashing" the bible, it's only with religion and Fox news that quoting out loud is the same as bashing. And you think the word Apostate has any meaning to me? Obviously the group he used to be with wasn't good, and he did the right thing by not staying, if that means to you that he's not a real christian I'm sure he doesn't care, like I don't care what you think of me, I know I'm a good person, I don't need some superficial belief to claim that.
