I used to know a guy who felt too superieur for something like Bukowki's work. I had lend e dvd of Barfly to his girlfriend but he didn't allow her to watch it. She returned it without having it watched. This guy was some son of a rich parents and enjoyed a university schooling and lived in images created by his wellfare.
I see here 17 "dislikes". Well I can imagine who this people are.
Great animation though, thanks for posting it.

The music doesn't fit. The poem is more of existential enlightenment. The Requiem suite calls for epic feelings and a sense of tragedy. Bukowski does not reflect that feeling within this poem. The animation is very good. The music is very good. The poem is excellent. Take one part out of these 3 and it will be better.

I liked the music. I think this is complete genius.

I think Bukowski's words speak for themselves without the shitty music.
it is much better with the music off..the words become immediately stronger

Thanks, that was excellent, I don't know how anybody could not like Buk's work. I guess they don't get it, maybe they're the ones that are there, while he is here.
