  • how the hell do you check your internet password... on the stupid router.

  • I am a d-link technical support. just call the d-link technical support in just 14 minutes you`ll have your wireless network configured and secured.

  • "dont fear the router Pt-1".

    Lol XD.

  • I'm curious to know at what point of the connection step are you working from in your video. Right after component connection? I ask because you say to avoid using the "quick router setup wizard." Looking at the instructions guide, I'm guessing it's right after connecting everything and making sure you're still on line. Just want to know before I got started and able to follow your tutorial steps. Thx.

  • I have owned several linksys routers a,b,g,n and they all constantly disconencted me under heavy network loads VS this router in this video was a breath of fresh air for me and I have only had to on average reset the router maybe once every 2 years. It does get hot so give it air space and not enclosed in any tv cabinet.

  • I had lots of problems with this router until i updated firmware to 1.31A Fixes all lag and reboot errors well at least it did for me ! :D

  • QoS sucks on this router. It slows it down, and then doesn't work. Maybe it's just my example, but I've seen other how-to sites (far more technical than the level of instruction on this vid) saying "just turn off the QoS, it slows the router down". Go figure.

  • I hope contacting D-Link wasn't as much of an annoyance as I found it. They were terrible!

  • Turn your xbox 360 on. It'll show up in the DHCP Clients list as the device without any name. Copy the IP address displayed and paste it into the LAN IP box of the QoS rule. Name the rule Xbox 360 and set priority to 1.
