Gov. Rendell wants to off-set his lack of judgement on budget issues and his poor gaurdianship of the State Constitution. Fortunately, or unfortunately, he won't be up for election again, EVER! For he is too out of shape to run for higher office, as if he would win. However, you State Reps and Senators WILL try again for public service and seek re-election. REMIND THEM WHO HAS THE POWER. We should make Ed Rendell work minimum wage, cut his health benefits and all other perks and vacations off, and make sure he only has a piece of shit hatchback to drive to work,
