I don't even know where to begin with this. Frankly i don't care. People like you are willing to sit on their armchair and gripe about everything that is wrong with the world but don't want to even try to make things better. We have an NHS, minimum wage, working time regulation and a whole load of other things that make living in this country bearable. If the wrong people get in(as has happened this time around) all the things we take for granted will disappear...

Voter apathy increases year on year with older people being more likely to vote. Young people need to get out and vote but first they must know why it is important. If they don't it feels like un unecessary diversion that they don't see the point in bothering with. Smart, creative people tend not to get into politics so it has stagnated over the years and the people sitting in parliament are out of touch and should listen to their advisors more and their spin doctors less...
