Dear Blake:
IOknow a high quality Gin is needed to make a good Martini. I have made martinis using the most popular Gins: Tanqueray, Beefeater, etc. BUT, recently I made a martini using an Italian Gin (37.5%) named Manor Gin, cheaper than others, and ..wow I like the taste..
What is your opinion about using different Gin class to make a Martini?

Hi... my opinion is that if you enjoy a certain product over others, then this is the product you should use. I do however encourage all to use the highest quality products available. You do not 'waste' a good product if you mix it with something... Generally, the higher the quality, the better for your body because they usually distill and filter more times to acheive this higher quality. Cheers!
