leadership is an inborn trait. It can't be taught. people can try but that is what causes bad leadership.

we should spend more money and time investing in finding the natural leaders of this world.

Effective video and audio! Caught off guard by how Leadership came out but there are truths in there and to be a great leader we should adapt ways of those we see fit as a leader! Great job!

@CRISNCHIPS12398 You meant to ask, why do they have to bring up Jesus Christ? The question I ask you is why do you like this video with the exception of Jesus Christ? What did Jesus Christ ever do wrong to anybody to make you so against HIM that you like this video with the exception of that they brought up the life of Jesus Christ? Is this video not about leadership? After preaching for only 3 years don't over 3 billion people follow HIM! Can you think of a better example of a leader?
