135º@Nam Hai, Hoi An
Resting on a tranquil one-kilometre stretch of the pristine China Beach, near the world heritage protected ancient trading port of Hoi An in Vietnam is 135°@Nam Hai.

Set amid 3500sqm of lush landscaping and ocean views, your 135° Villa spans four separate 80sqm bedroom pavilions, an oversized living pavilion and floor to ceiling glass doors provide breathtaking views from your generous private pool to the never ending beach.

Spaciousness is of the essence, as well as the understated charm of Vietnamese architecture discernible throughout by split levels and wooden platforms that add a distinctive touch to the overall setting. Inside the twin master bedrooms, raised platform beds surrounded by drop down netting give way to a sunken lounge and floor to ceiling glass doors with views across the private pool to the beach.

Embedded within a luxury resort and residential enclave designed by renowned Parisian architect Reda Amalou, 135° owners have full access to the resort facilities which include everything from pools to tennis courts to spas the list is endless.

Stepping through the gates into the courtyard my first question was wow - which one is the villa? the butler politely replied its the entire villa sir

  • the rooms are ok, they have good music, but I just hate the beach, too dirty and too much trash. I love the library, very nice and quiet.

  • Loved The Nam Hai, highly recommended as an incredible experience.
