Russian authorities are hiding truth about North Korea's nuke test.

Weird shit is going on, guys.
An official communique read out on North Korean state radio said another round of underground nuclear testing had been "successfully conducted... as part of measures to enhance the Republic's self-defensive nuclear deterrent in all directions".
It said the test had been "safely conducted at a new high level in terms of explosive power and control technology".
The test would "contribute to safeguard the sovereignty of the country and the nation and socialism", the communique said.
Russian news agencies quoted the defence ministry that said its systems had detected a blast of "between 10 and 20 kilotons" - making it much bigger than the 2006 test, which the US said was less than a kiloton. The population of russian far-east city of Vladivostok is gravely concerned as independent news agencies are saying the radiation level is above the red. There was also a news piece that wasn't allowed to be aired on the "Russia Today" channel, but leaked into the internet and was immediately copied by hundreds of bloggers. The government is trying to stop panic purging the videos on "rutube", Russia's "youtube" analogue which reminds of the Chernobyl accident when the government denied any accidents in the nuclear facility for three days. By that time the poisonous radiation cloud had already reached the neighbouring soviet republics and started to spread on to european countries.

The only way: Korea should be allowed to have any kind of weapons it can afford-including strategic nuclear weapons. Korea can afford and domestically build almost anything so why not? Currently Korea is the world's only supplier of DRAMs and LCDs.
