i have played every tomb raider and i really want this one because it really sets it appart from all the other ones and i love the new look for lara and i hope there will be a sequel for this one ;D

Due to the fact that I will be GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL for two or three months by the time this game of awesomeness comes out, I am literally dying a veeery slow death here!! RRRRRRGGGGGHH!!!

They should definitely use a couple of different combat styles. I think that they should have a GTAIV/Red Dead Redemption style shooting mechanic, and then some sort of panned out acrobatic style for melee weapons. As well they could add an alternate style for dual-wielding pistols.
I really hope that the non-linear structure of the world turns out to be as substantial as it sounds. Can't wait.

Yeah, the company said they are working in a new combat system, and it will be revealed soon. I'm sure they will surprise us as it did so far now.
