Resident Evil 5 - Farming 5000 gold/2 mins

Make about 5k every 2 minutes. In 2-2, after you leave the mine and *SPOILER* talk to Irving, pick up the green herb and the Sniper Rifle nearby. Immediately run downstairs, wait for one guy to come through the door. Kill him, then run to the left side, up the ladder, and look to your right. You will see a crossbowman with a red herb next to him. Pick that up, turn around, and go open the chest near the other bowman. It has a brilliant diamond in it.
There is a Diamond (pearl) nearby as well, but it requires you to kill enemies and go through more trouble.

After you pick up the brilliant Diamond, quit and save. Now sell the rifle, anything else you got, and combine the red and green herbs. Click Continue, and as soon as the new run starts, use the red+green mixture, and you're as good as new.
