Registration Cost: R 195.00
Your 12 Weeks Program of fun personal coaching will look like this:
-Registration fee and all information documents.
-BMI- Analyses (Body Mass Index).
-Daily protein intake and Eating plan that will help you reach your goal weight and easily maintain it.
-Continued motivation and support from the Weight Loss Challenge Coaches.
-Weekly measuring and weighing.
-Motivational sessions with talks to guide you to make better food and lifestyle choices.
-There will be a first, second and third price. The first and second prices will be cash payouts.
The third price will be a Herbalife product. The winners will be determined according to
the most % of weight lost.
-A special price will be given to the contestant who has lost the most over all centimeters.
-Every contestant will get their own folder which they can use for their weekly documents.

Who can come?
-Any man or woman 18 years and older.
-Any person that feels he /she is overweight or needs to shape-up.
For optimal results, we highly recommend you keep in regular contact with your coach
throughout the Challenge.
