The 72 front steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania have become known as the "Rocky Steps". The top of the steps offers a commanding view of Eakins Oval, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and Philadelphia City Hall. Tourists and local residents often mimic Rocky's famous climb, a metaphor for an underdog or an everyman rising to a challenge. I am but one of those tourists. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocky_Steps

  • @chite311 During the summer, quite a few. I ride my bicycle up and down the river, and love to stop at the museum to watch people doing that. A lot of wedding parties do it.
