I remember when Tommy was being filmed in Portsmouth, my friends and I were in the crowd for this bit of the film at the King's Theatre Southsea. Exciting times for me at 14 to be involved (albeit a very tiny bit) in a film!

Being a teenager, I think of Elton John as a fat, old guy. Talented, but fat and old. Seeing him here...so young, completely different looking.
