Burma's Vice-President Implicated in Kachin Massacres in 2001. Vice President Tin Aung Myint Oo should be investigated by a United Nations' Commission of Inquiry for his role as regional commander during a series of brutal massacres in Shan State, says the leadership of the Kachin Independence Army (KIA).

  • At the end KIA general explained that cemeteries was the KIA soldiers who killed by Burmes Army (KA-LA-YA 242). There were captured while they were working at that Agriculture Development Farm (KIA owned). Among them one helper (not soldier) and one chinese nationality was killed. The evident showed they were badly toucher, stab wound, and burn mark all over their bodies before gun shots.
