It was a little disappointing to only get 18, but I was still sore from my last workout. I'll get it next time I do a 20 rep cycle. This was the last workout of my accumulation phase. Nothing but heavy weight and low reps from here on out.

  • Hey man what percentage of your max do you use for your 20 rep? im guessin around 70%?

  • @Hadselll No idea. High-rep is completely different than 1RM. They're different training qualities. And I don't like percentage-based training, anyhow. :)

  • Should you be holding your breath so long? Does it help you keep your muscles tight? Or are you allowed to breath in and out during reps.

  • @openaccessuser Holding the breath is necessary for core stability during heavy lifting. It's called the Valsalva maneuver. I breathe in between reps.

  • @MetaIhead89 Landmine twist or full-contact twist. It works the entire core musculature.

  • are you supposed to feel a massive pain on your neck when you load the weight on your back. i tried moving it lower down my back but it still hurts like a bitch. its not that im being a wimp because i push myself till my muscles are on fire but this pain is not right it feels like theres a knife in it
