@garywat173 yeah i know. i didnt make my point very clear. i meant dont just drop straight down quickly and not under control. use the drop down as a negative workout aswell so your coming down under tension,then an explosive pull up.

@amitzzxx @sammerzoug if you go all the way down you let your lats rest. if you come down just before your at a dead arm you get a nice strech to your lats it keeps all the pressure to your lats and not your arms
