@rEASCWA19 i think that is about respect. Respect to one of the best musicians

@klemjc I don't mind it at all, so it wasn't as much of a complaint! Just seemed odd to take the Django route on the leads, which is arguably the tougher part, and shy away from the more 'traditional' voicings on the rhythm.

Wow, amazing, can you please tab? I'm having so much trouble finding a decent Django TAB

@ccash11 maybe because he had only 3 fingers on that hand, middle and index + thumb

this is cool, but if you go through the trouble of playing the solos with two fingers, couldn't you play the correct chords?
bar chords are kind of a no-no.

@sixesandsevensus As I understand, in 1937 most guitar players were playing bar chords and "simple" chords, even Joseph Reinhardt (the brother of Django). It seems to me it is under the influence of Django that nowadays all gypsy jazz guitarists are playing chords like Am6, E9, C6/9 and the like. I like this alot also, but the sound is much more modern!

Very Nice! What kind of bass are you playing? Could you take a minute and explain how you recorded the video?
Thanks

@yoopermichigan The bass is an Cort electroacoustic fretless bass.
To record the video, I use a DV camera. At the same time I use Sony Vegas to record the sound, and do the re-recording. I then have to synchronize sound and video in Vegas.
