They don't enforce the dog laws etc because there is not money in it. They are too busy fining the working class and the motorist......."easy money" as they will say. These chavs / estate skanks / dole rats - they shouldn't be allowed anything, let alone a pet of any kind.

Thank God for you David...the more we speak out to the general public and to the politicians the more hope we have of finally putting an end to the sickening waste of innocent lives!!!! Licensing must be re-introduced, chipping compulsory for all new owners, spey/neuter of all dogs other than with reputable breeders!!! Back-yard breeders sought out, dogs removed and owners banned from keeping dogs in the future!!! We have to face this problem now and stop the senseless killing of innocents!!!
