Lauren Bell--a reader :)

Hi all,

This was an assignment for my Adolescent Literacy class. For me, reading has never just been about me and the book. That's why you will notice that much of this movie has to do with people around me. How I learned to read, what I read, and how I do it has always correlated with my family, friends, boyfriends, and acquaintances. Through this project I learned a little about myself. Though reading is suppose to be an activity you do by yourself, I read because of people.I read Nora Roberts because my mom says it's trash--but good trash. I love sports novels because I know what it feels like to be on a winning team and the passion that goes into the winning goal. And I love love stories because every girls waits for a happy ending :) Enjoy!
