Love your choice of music, but that really is a bad zoo, it's sad to see that. I'm not saying Japan generally treats animals so well, but Tama Zoo gives them much more space to live and play in. It's a long way from my place, but better than Ueno zoo, whihc is not so nice for the animals.

Not an expert on zoos really, but i guess you're right... To be fair it is a lot better than the treatment they get at travelling circuses in Europe such as France - it may not be brilliant here but priorities must be set...?

i did some work experience at Twycross and spent 3 days with the langur monkeys, and they were very happy and well treated. This video does not show the very large outdoor enclosure they have to play in and i can assure you that these monkeys are not mistreated in the slightest.
