A collection of video taken in 2009 from the time Black Guillemots arrive and ice surrounds the island, to mid-August when polar bears are forced to land and prey on guillemot nestlings. Videos obtained on Cooper Island by Friends of Cooper Island in collaboration with Polar-Palooza, an IPY education and outreach project supported by NSF and NASA.
