So true! The surge at best reigned in the chaos caused by the failed strategy of low troop numbers. And the idea of hearts and minds and being greeted as liberators was fail safe. The surge simply put a band aid on the arm we broke. Gutting the police and army--WTF! You have done videos with Cheney- from I think the early 90's saying a Bush style strategy of removal of leadership would be disastrous. BINGO.
