@322nemesis right, not hard at all. but if they terrorize the people and not the government then theres no need to arrest them...maybe the hutaree was out of line im not really sure ill be honest. but militias are formed from civilians themselves I'd say FBI raids against them is a declaration of war against the people

Dear Roland,
Other militia turned them in for being too batshit crazy for their likings.
If you said the govn't has to prove the case, I'd agree. But to say there is "no evidence, only accusations" prior to any trial is a little premature.
